Generally, the name given to this is Hoopla. Quoits can also be used but that usually refers to a game played with a circle of thick rope.
Horseshoes is, strangely enough, played using horseshoes, though usually only with a single target, whilst Hoopla and Quoits both have multiple targets - often with different points.
