What minivans available in America from the last 8 or so years have manual transmission options?

I know the Mazda5 does, but I'm looking for something a little less new (and therefore, less expensive!)

Last one I can remember is the Ford Aerostar, but that was in the early 90s and you'd be lucky to find one now.

I think it may have been available in the Chevy Astro van, as that van is based on GM's truck chassis.
