Heihachi.

I have been able to defeat my friend countless times using this guys! His kicking attacks are amazing, and all you have to do is some button mashing on the "O" button (PS1/PS2)

Also, the stripper (Tekken 5--PS3), isn't too shabby, either. She's the blond chick who dresses like a stripper, and whose name escapes me.
