I am interested in pursuing a career as a doctor. What schools would people recomend I look to applying to in order to get a strong Pre-Med degree before going to Med School? Thanks.

It's far better to go to a challenging school and do well. Please don't get too hung up on reputation and rankings. Some of the very best colleges are small institutions with low class size.

you're able to do premed at any 4-year college or college. Your community state college is often the final and maximum inexpensive selection. keep in mind you will on no account be using AP credit to get out of premed training. not something you stated might make you stand out for a suitable college besides.

It depends on the area that you would like to go to college for someone to answer your question. I live in Texas and I am also pursuing a career in the medical field as a doctor, and here the best universities for that are University of North Texas, A & M, Rice University, University of Texas, and Texas Christian University, you should google them and check them out! I wish you the best luck finding the right college, I'm a junior in high school and I know what you are going through, everything is soooo confusing!
