im very new to the game actually im still waiting for it to get deliver so, can a sim own more than one house?

Sims for Pc? No. You move your sim into their house/lot and that's it. You can move them out and into a different one but they can only own one at a time. If you get the Open for business expansion then your sim can buy multiple business lots.

You can make more that 1 building on your purchased property, but you can only buy 1 piece of land.

i have it , I havent played it in a while , but if its the second one , you can make as many buildings you can fit on the land
