Well, if you have Verizon, I doubt that you'll be able to do it. Verizon cripples the bluetooth functions of their phones so you will be foreced to buy your music and ringtones from their Get it now feature.
All that you'll be able to do with a Verizon bluetooth is talk on your headset.
If you have anybody else:
1- go into your bluetooth options and make your phone visible
2- search for your phone from your pc
3- use the same codes to connect (i always go with 0000)
4- your phone should show up.
5- drag and drop / cut and paste
6- enjoy

dont know what a treo palm is but this should work.
buy a bluetooth dongle.it plugs into a usb on pc making it able to send files,videos,music etc to my mobile phones regardless of model.assume this will work for ur device too.they only cost around £10 so what u got to lose????

You could purchase an expansion card like I did for my 700 and simply drag songs to your Palm desktop, then Hot Sync...I have a couple of hundred songs on my Palm.

Yes, there is no easier way to get pics, wallpapers, songs and ringers for your cell phone than this free tones site
when you use a site like the one below you will never need cords, cables or software...It simply beems to your cell no matter what phone or service you have.
