My son is almost 6 months and just went through that phase about a week and a half ago and now is getting back to his normal eating habits. He really enjoyed pedialyte. It helped with thining the mucus in his nose also. As long as you are getting wet diapers you are doing your job. His pediatrician asked me if I feel like eating when I am sick.....the answer is no!

yes i ts completely normal...its like they dun feel like eating much cuz they feel so misrable...my daughter had the flue at 3 mnths n 2 weeks..she was going thru the same thing...i just feeding her at her regular time and also gave her tylenol cough and cold...dun force ur boy to eat the whole thing or drink the whole thing..thts just gona make him feel more weird cuz he dsnt want it..but do make him have atleast more than half of his food n drink(water you feed him) my daughter just turned 4 mnths old so i duno much bout feeding solids yet..but im starting in april after i chek in with her doc...yea so just keep on giving him tylenol..it really works...keep ur humidifier on if u have it...and if u have paingay..take a very teeny tiny amount of it since its very strong and mix it with ur baby's lotion n apply it on his chest and back n very little on his nose...tht should work on the chest congestion he has cuz of the flu..keep ur nasal bulb syringe near by at all times...make sure u use it when he wakes up..cuz thts when they have it alot....o n flu lasts a lil bit longer than cold so dun worry if it dsnt go away altogether..hope it helps :) good luck!

yes, Push the liquids more than food. Like pedialite if he has dierriah. If not waters and juices to keep hydrated and also formula or breastmilk.

Yes, that is normal. Make sure that he does drink. Not drinking and not eating can cause dehydration.
