Oh man! The blessed Philly Cheese Steak! Mmmmm! Amoroso rolls, american cheese and raw onions. It makes me miss my beloved home town - though that is not the country's tastiest food. Have you ever tried to get a cheesesteak in another part of the country. Here in California they seem to think it should be made with swiss cheese! I ask you!
I would say the tastiest dish that you can get anywhere in the country is the cheese burger. There is always some place in town that makes a really good burger in hundreds of variations. Of course, burgers can be gotten all around the world too - maybe it's barbequed ribs.
