yeah, you'll be dead before you know it and it will be like you never exisited, it's so pointless in the end!

Huh, just wait until you are my age (I'm a pensioner and my "baby" girl will be 37 this year with my first born hitting 45 soon) - if you think time races by at 22 it seems to go at the speed of light once you hit the 60's. The thing is you just have to make the most of each day by living life to the full and not wasting a moment worrying about growing old. My mother is in her 90's and is still buying new clothes to keep in fashion - I hope I am as optimistic by the time I reach her age!!

When I hit 30, I was devasted. When I hit 40, it was like a rebirth. Now I'll be 50 in 3 years and I thinking of having fun again as I get closer to retirement. Getting older is not all that bad, but make sure you live your life to the fullest because one day you'll look back at your life and ask yourself why you did or didn't do something while you had time and youth on your side.

We can never be sure what tomorrow brings and even if there will be one . Life does move quickly , and the older we get the faster is moves . Live each day as if it were your last and tell those you love that you do often . Never leave a friend or loved one with hard feelings , you may never get the chance to make it better . Life is all about giving , if we are giving of ourselves than we are doing well .

Happens to everyone. True the pace of life is probably faster than it was years ago and young people try to cram as much activity into a day as they can. This can make it seem that time is flying.Leading a more leisurely existence would probably help but how many young people in their 20's want to lead,or are able to,have such leisurely time. I can remember when was 10 or even younger but to me it seems rather longer ago as I am nearly 76.

At 22 you really can't waste your time feeling down about getting old! When you are 52 you will think back to this and wonder what on earth you were worrying about. It's great to remember your childhood clearly but every year brings new challenges, life experience and fun, so look forward to years ahead instead of counting every new year as a step closer to old age!

I remember everything so clearly since I was three and I always thought I'm still a kid and now wow am I supposed to act like a grown up woman and wear what a proper woman should wear? No,I can't do it yet,I don't wanna grow up so fast !...

Yea, I know what you mean. I am 49 and all I can say is:

Hold on tight because it just gets faster and faster the older you get.

And take some pictures on the way so you will have something to remember when you get near the end.

I am 50 and the last ten years seem to have gone by like one year! I must have been having a good time! But some people think that beacuse we are living in the "end times" that actually time has sped up and doesn't last as long as it used to!
