The sell the same stuff in the pharmacy and wal-mart much cheaper. Just look in the tanning lotion section and find a bottle that says for tanning beds or indoor tanning. I use them and they work great.

I've tried them all and at $50.00 a pop I can say it's been a total waste of money. The ones with "tingle" factor have ingredients that irritate the skin under heat, so when you get out of the bed you look a lot darker because of the redness. By the next day it's gone. Get an intense moisturizer (like Keri) and slather it on your skin afterwards. Drink tons of water to keep your skin hydrated and NEVER tan your face unless you want to look 50 at age 30. Beware of the chest area as well. You will quickly develop what is known as the "dreaded v", which are deep lines on the chest area. This area ages faster than any other area on the body and looks horrible by the time you hit 30.

Trust me on all of this. I tanned religiously for 17 years and am totally bummed with my skin today.

neither. the affects that sunning lotions or salons on your skin are horrible- you might as well inject your skin with poison! I'm such a fair skinned person, but thats what makes me the way I am. Don't do this because you never know how badly you'll regret it later

buy the lotion, it works, i know it's expensive which sucks but it has stuff in it that helps you tan...any time you tan though make sure your skin is moisturized with something so you get an even tan

Do not tan at all unless you want to prematurely age yourself and get skin cancer.
