While you and another friend or in on the joke. Have here come over she will think it just the two of you in the house. you know, give it a little while before scaring her. Like maybe 10 min into her Visit tell her you just found out that there was a murder in this apt/hm etc . Have you other friend sit behind the lazy boy chair the hole time.
Then switch to another subject after telling her about the person who passed away in your hm. 5 min later have your other friend who is hidding behind the lazyboy start Rock'n the chair. LoL I did this to a friend back n the day.

I say you get some help from other friends and play a big joke on someone. Like you can make a sleep over, tell a scary story, then make them live it themselves.

Hiding and jumping out always worked on my brother. My dad used to think it was funny to bang on the windows from the outside at night.
