Ya know ... six of the seven items on your list sound really wonderful ... that you want a man who is spiritually grounded, knows how to treat a lady, etc ... and then there's that seventh item, which is actually first on your list.
If you really cared about being treated right, and really wanted a guy with the kind of character you describe, his financial statements wouldn't be the first thing you'd think of.

You want a millionare? That seems to be placing a lot of focus on material things. What if he has a business that goes belly-up? What if has a a car accident and is unable to work? What if his jobs becomes so stressful that he is miserable and he want to change fields?
Things happen in life. Focus on the things that last in the long term. I happen to have found my dream man. He is loyal, funny, smart, kind, thoughful, college educated, respectful and open minded. We married before we were educated and when neither of us had a thing to call our own. The good stuff is worth waiting for even when it doesn't come with a BMW.

Honestly i think that you should not look for another man but maybe look at all the other good things in life that you have already
