Two ideas:
1. I always put my letters in alphabetical order to help me visualize and remember possible words based on exact letter sequences.

2. I don't know about every word, but http://www.hasbro.com/scrabble/home.cfm is an invaluable resource for learning and memorizing words.

I suggest joining the national scrabble association there on that site where you'll get a newsletter 4-5 times a year. It contains valuable resources.
