I am 27 years old and am very regular. I have never been more than 4 days late. I am not stressed out at all.
My breast are sore off and on all day but all the pregnancy test are negatiave and my period still hasn't come.
My last period was on January 23.
What could be wrong with me???
I have a doctors appt. next week to get some blood work done.
Any idea's about what could be wrong with me.

This an uncommon instance, usually this happens to teenagers/ young adults because of hormonal changes which may result from stress and other abnormal bodily functions. I advise you speak with your gynecologist in regards to this.
Nb. Pregnancy test are not always correct.

It is possible that your pregnancy test readout could be giving a 'false read' - especially if the test was not taken by your physician. It is also possible that even though you 'say' you are not stressed - take a look at your life over the last month. Are you trying to conceive? My innermost feelings tell me that there is "something" else in the mix that you have not (or cannot) share. Even the most 'regular' women can get off track. Wait for the blood workup to be complete and you get some positive response. If you're trying to get pregnant, you might be stressing and not realize it It can be stressful when you wait each month only to find it didn't happen.
