I'm only fifteen and I just bought Covergirl TruBlend Loose powder with minerals. Is it okay for me to use it without the foundation cuz i want to look as natural as I can and I only want to use the powder for my oily skin. I need to know if I have to buy the foundation for it to look right

It should work fine. Foundation simply provides a base for the make-up, but is not necessary. In other words, foundation evens out the skin tones and provides some coverage. Powder can be used to absorb oil, provide light coverage, "finish a look" as well as assist in evening out the skin tone. If you are worried, test it out when your looks will not matter as much. I don't use the CG trueblend brand; but I know that when I use my maybeline powder on its own it works just fine. In fact, it keeps my skin even and lightly covered. Personally, it doesn't cover up and even my skin very well though. However, you CAN use it on its own.

Just a tip: use a good face moisturizer for your skin type as a base before all make-up. This counts even on oily skin. You may wish to only use a very light coat of moisturizer on the T-zone and go heavier on the dry spots. The moisturizer will help to be a base as well as balance the skin. Hope this helps.

That's perfectly fine. Foundation and powder as a duo is optional. Sometimes foundation is used to add as a light cover-up, and if all you have is oily skin, then it's probably better for you to use just powder. Just remember to wash your face every night. Good Luck!

It would probably be just fine. Try it out! No need to buy something else if you don't really need it :)
