It's Ringo who shouts "I've got blister on my fingers" at the end of Helter Skelter, his hands being sore after the song turned into a 17 minute jam session

On September 9, eighteen takes of approximately five minutes each were recorded, and the last one is featured on the original LP. After the eighteenth take, Ringo Starr flung his sticks across the studio and screamed, "I've got blisters on my fingers!"
(some sources erroneously credit the "blisters" line to Lennon).

"Helter Skelter". It wasn't written in the song, but on the 18th take, Ringo yelled at the very end "I've got blisters on my fingers!" and chucked his sticks at the wall.

It's Helter Skelter--on the 18th take of recording the song, Ringo Starr yelled it and they included it in the song.
