The only thing wrong with public nudity is that society in general is not accepting of it. Nudists or naturists, if you perfer that term, do not equate nudity with sex, but that is just what many in society do when thinking of public nudity. And, of course in North American culture sex is often portrayed as "dirty" Is there any wonder that nudists are frowned upon for public nudity?
If you want to enjoy public nudity, then one can go to nude beaches, but they are few and far between. Most naturists must either find secluded spots to enjoy naturism or go to naturist resorts. While this is not the best scenario, it is certainly preferable to not being able to enjoy life naturally.
Funny thing is that nudity takes down the barriers between people. It is hard to be pretentious in your birthday suit. And just think isn't it a lifestyle that would assist in some of the world's problems. After all "What if they called a war and only naturists came?"

This is a question that really needs to be answered in the particular rather than in the general. I believe that there are many places where nudity is appropriate. Some of them, such as at a nude beach, public sauna or spa are public, some are semi-public (such as at a friend's pool or sunbathing naked on a deck, patio or other semi-public area) and others are completely private. Nudity in those situations is certainly not lewd or indecent, and I would like to see our society more tolerant of this type of behavior.
On the other hand, I can't imagine any of us advocating going to religious services naked, or dining out naked, or engaging in the many other activities of daily life where nudity would be inappropriate.
Common sense, rather than false modesty, prudishness or blatant flaunting of public decency needs to prevail.
Let's be naked wherever it's appropriate, and clothed where it's not.

Public nudity in the general public, no! But there are private communities for anyone who is interested in being nude out in the open. Of course, rules do apply.

Hot babes it should be required, and with the right body shape it would be fine , but for most of us the clothes indeed make the man.

I came into this world naked, and nobody is going to put a suit on me before laying me to rest.
What has this world become?
