Never been married, but I generally have called my gf's parents Mom and Dad to their face, and your mom and your dad to the gf.

If I like someone I usually like their family.

To their face, I call them by their first name. Behind their back, I call them by the first thing that pops into my head, and since this is a "G" rated forum, I'll leave it up to your imagination.

Their first names. We don't call them Mom and Dad in Mexico. We either call them Señor and Señora or by their first names, which is how I call mine front and back.
