What is the best way to break a WWE style sleeper hold? The kid who is appying it is taller then me, but i'm quicker and stronger then him.

My guess is a jawbreaker.

Its the old fashioned jaw breaker or if you are actually in a ring move yourself to the turnbuckle, put your legs up on the top and back drop.
