been really good we fuss break up and get back together this has been going on for over 3 years now. i am 24 weeks pregnant now we sold the house and now have been staying withmy mom everthing has been good since i found out i was pregnant until one day i asked him if he seen my appoinment card and he got so mad like i was accusing him he made me take the money from the house out my bank account and put it in his we both said mean things to each other then i guess we broke up and then he left and it has been over 5 days since he has been gone he never called nor checked on me since then i have gotten in car accident and been in the hospital and he is no where to be found come to find out he is in new york and took 6 thousand dollars with him. i am in a house full of rochechs and mice and he seems not to care my job sucks and does not pay much what should i do to provide for my child and to get out of this rat whole house and about my husband ?

i dont think i can get support becuase he does not work and he was not born in the usa and the housing list here are very long

if he has left, file for divorce... ask for spousal and child support... get him to give you what is yours

it sounds like he's not worth being with you need to file for divorce and childsupport this may not be what you want to hear but it is the truth this is no way to live and try to raise a baby get public housing you do qualify and it would be pest free and clean i'm not saying your not clean please don't misunderstand i'm just saying public housing has maintenance in case something tears up or you start to get pests like roaches and mice they take care of all that for you . you and your baby deserve good housing and money for child support if you let him come back you will stay in this horrible cycle it's time to end it maybe take some night classes at your local college or internet classes and get the skills to get a better job so one day you and your baby can have a better life you will meet someone else who will love you and your child i had a step father that raised me he is my true father bioligy doesn't even count to me your dad is who houses you raises you and provides for you and is there all the time you can pull yourself out of this rut you are in but you have to take the first step and make wise choises good luck i hope only the best for you.

too bad the past can't be taken back because you shouldn't have ever taken the money out of your account to put into his. You should file for divorce and get a good lawyer. Get child support, alimony, and half of everything! Your hubby is a real jerk and you dont need that crap!

You have to find a better, higher paying job and work hard to get your baby in a better environment before the baby comes-----worry about your low-life husband after you take care of what you and that baby need!
