If you are in your mid teens and you find someone you really like, say in school, is it worth playing hard to get, and does it usually get you anywhere deeper in to the relationship? And how do you know if SHE is playing hard to get with you?

Personally I think "hard-to-get" is a really stupid way to go into a relationship. If you like someone, tell them so, and then let it go. If they like you as well, they'll appreciate your forwardness. If they don't, it's not a big deal because you were totally upfront and cool about it.

I know that it works lol.
If your too available than it kinda pushes the other one away.
But if you play hard to get it makes the other wonder about you and kinda more interested yah know.
You can tell if some one plays hard to get if you ask them to hang out and the other says "maybe"
just things that arent clear.
But your young and somitmes playing hard to get is fun <3

I played hard to get in high school, and i think that it does take you to a better relationship. It just showed me how that guy really cared about me, and not just trying to get in my pants.
You know that she is playing hard to get when she shows you that she likes you, but doesn't let you get too close to fast.

You play hard to get when there are several suitors. If there is one clear choice, date.
