Don't tell her until you are positive that he likes you as more than a friend. These kind of things can ruin friendships so be sure you know all of the facts before you tell your friend what you think. If you are right and he does like you, it still isn't necessary to tell your friend. Just make sure you show the guy that you have no romantic interest in him whatsoever and shut him down when he hits on you. This way, you can help your friend without breaking her heart.

If she is really your friend and all three of you work at the same job, you should not encourage this guy to continue to "hit on" you. Workplace romances become very unpleasant when they end or end badly. If you cut it out right now, there will be no need for you to tell anyone anything. You will not regret it if you avoid a workplace romance, but if you do not, you will probably lose both of these people as friends in the long run. If she is smart she will leave him alone also.

Tell him the next time he tries to hit on you, to thank God for what he has, that she is a friend of yours, and you do not want to see her hurt, so lay off, and never do that again, or you will tell her what type of person he is!

For 1 you should tell the guy to back the h*** Off unless you like the guy. 2 explain to your freind about it so u dont mess up your freindship.

awww seems like you've got a secret admirer! but this is not the right kind. tell him that you friend is more important to you but you dont want to spoil the friendship with him. explain that you are willing to be friends but NO MORE. unless of course you want to let your friend think you are a cow. your choice!

no! it won't end well I promise. Even if she believes you, she'll secretly harbor resentment for you for years to come. As long as you don't pursue it, what harm was done? Just make sure you don't betray her and you're good.
