I totally speak my mind. I would be the first to tell you where to go and how to get there.
Ask any of my friends. I'm extremely blunt, brash, and honest. You may not LIKE what I have to say, but you always know you can trust it.

Most of the time I speak my mind to my close friends. But sometimes I let my actions do the work and see if my friends can figure out what's wrong.

nope, my mind speaks for me. I've tried Scolds Bridles, duct tape, anything. but it doesn't work. I spout ideals like a fountain does water, even when i know i should be silent, and get condemned for it..... but i don't regret it! i love my thoughts, and they love me most of the time

I do both, even then, the resaults are not the best. I mean well, by what I say and do, but they are not always what I was hoping for.
