First--I would begin my investigation of finding out whether or not my man is on the down-low! I would not take my friend's word or leave just because she said he was doing something----2nd--it depends on what my investigation turns up----if he is on the down-low I would leave his behind and go to my doctor for an AIDs test!

Assuming that your friend has provided hard evidence...
1) Seek medical testing (e.g. STDs) to assess your health status. 2) Assess your current relationships status (e.g. happily married, marriage on the rocks, etc.) so that you will be able to address this issue of betrayal and dishonesty in its entirety. 3) LEAVE as son as possible and seek professional counseling.

Being better half wife should try to share the details of her husband's problem.
get to the root of it and the solution can then be suggested and implemented upon.

check on the cheating jerk and when you find out the truth slam him with divorce papers... j/k. Just ask and hire a private investigator. Or have friends the jerk doesn't know come on to him. If he asks/gives a number then you know its time to move on.

Do not over-react immediately and ask her why she is saying so, if she does provide sufficient proof of what she is saying then only you can confront him lovingly asking him to explain it to you- then also investigate for yourself and compare notes...
