If I'm not pregnant, what else could be wrong with me.
I have a doctors appt. this Thursday to get some blood work done.
I am just curious if anyone has missed two periods in a row and still gotten a negative on a pregnancy test???
What was wrong with them????

I used to miss periods for many months at a time and there was nothing wrong with me but stress. Considering that you call yourself tiredmom, I'd guess that's a likely possibility for you as well. You need to get the tests to rule out major problems but it's really not that unusual.

I've heard that women that work out a great deal will actually miss periods. Stress can cause it too. Any major changes in your life. The doctor will be able to figure it out. Don't worry.
But don't forget to ask the doctor plenty of questions as to what the different reasons might be.

You would definately have gotten a positive result at this point. You either have an iron deficiency or if you are particularly stressed at this point in your life they both could interrupt your period. See your doctor as scheduled, they will find the prob. Good luck!

Endometriosis is fairly common. This condition dries out the mucus membranes of the uterus and prevents ovulation as well as the formation of blood vesseels leading up to ovulation. It's not harmful (other than causing sterility). There may be some other causes, but this is common.
