Ebay but be cautious - for purses read the descriptions carefully and if the handles have plastic on them - they are probably fake. I recommend going with a lesser known designer like Cynthia Rowley, Carlos Falchi, Halston, Givenchy, Francesco Biasia or even a vintage Coach.
For clothing - Ebay is great or Smartbargains.com.

there is no such thing as cheap designer stuff. if its too good to be true, it is. try sites like bluefly and overstock for out of season designer stuff
