you are a human being, and alive, just that alone makes you wonderful. we are all wonderful, because life is wonderful, we are made up of DNA that is wonderful, white and red blood cells, that is wonderful. and we all need to to be told how wonderful we are so we feel good about ourselves
we all need to hear how good we are when so many people think its fun to run people down and see how unhappy it makes them just so they can feel good about them self's

You are wonderful because you think of yourself as wonderful;I can't say anything about you because I don't even know you. Each one of us is wonderful if he/she thinks he/she is so. Remember you are unique just as everyone else is :)
