First you should learn some web languages. The most important one being html. CSS, PHP, and JavaScript are also very good to learn.

It's free and there are no ads.
It's a site that is fully customizable because you have to write all of the pages. You get a lot of space and bandwidth.

Simple. Just go to www.freewebs.com and sign up. After you sign up you can do practically whatever you want to make your site look great, including web polls, a guestbook, a blog, photo albums, counters, feedback forms, and more! It's really great and super easy!
