hi i was just wondering how long it takes to get my period if i have had discharge for about a year. it still hasn't happened, and i was just wondering if that is normal. did y'all have junk in ur undies for that long? thanx.

Girls usually follow in their mother's footsteps when it comes to getting their period. Ask your mom when she got hers and you should have an idea of when you will too.

yes dear it is normal..even after you get your first period, you will always have a slight discharge before your period..your still young, and nature will take its course when its ready..dont rush it..cuz when you do start, you will have lots and lots of years with the female curse..

everyones different , ihad discharge a few months before my period, u could be getting it soon but theres no way to tell for sure

yes omg. it was soooo anoying cause i new that it was coming but it never did untill last night. its totally natrual. iv had it for about a year.

yep. its part of being a woman. You can go to the pharmacy and get pantyliners. They help a lot. ;-)
