I need suggestions to improve my deck. Please if you are a rookie don't answer. When I say rookie I mean you use god cards, blue-eyes shining dragon, banned cards, etc.

i'll recommend you to put at least 2 lord of D. since you are building a dragon deck, also trow the card destruction, unless you want to summon FH dragon, and you r looking for dragons, and don't use sangan it might be powerful, but you sacrifice 2 monster plus his effect only works one.
the bad thing of a dragon deck is that most of the dragons are powerful and it's hard to summoned them, but your is alright

This guy is just too weak to destroy what you want it to and it'll just get Sak'ed. People are much more afraid of LV6 than LV4.

Horus LV8 is a huge target for trap-based hate like Ring of Destruction. Level Modulation gets around his summoning requirements so you can keep him in play.

You have to run 2 or more Sak's for them to be worthwhile.

on top of cynthia's reccommendations.... take out snatch steal.. its restricted..
plop in "a graveyard in the fourth dimension" for those lvl monster support
