Mind your own business. I don't know, get laid or go to the library, you have too much free time. Let the rest alone!

It's very unusual in this country. Most people are of the opinion that if a kid is old enough to be out of diapers, then they're old enough to put some pants on. If you are in Brazil or Indonesia or somewhere naked kids might be more common. I'm more concerned with them being unsupervised. 18 months is way too young to trust to not wander into the street.

I dont think it's nessesarily wrong, to let small children play in the BACK YARD, nude, but not the front yard- it's concerning that they are not being supervised. They are far too young to be left unattended to, especially in the nude, in the front yard. I would suspect that mom is in the house sleeping or has a drug problem. Next time you see this, you should go over there, and bang on the door. Then you'll know better what to do from there.

3 year old is too old to be naked. is it dangerous outside? depending on the backyard unsupervised shouldnt be a big deal, if the yards are fenced shouldnt be a big deal, should have clothes on tho, just because this world is a little more crazier than it used to be....p.s. get to know the parents maybe they are of a different culture or something, dont assume.

I think you should call child protective services. Although it is warming up, children should, to begin with always be supervised as they do not know what constitutes danger. Secondly Fire ants have been known to bring down a small calf where I live. not to mention mosquitoes and west nile virus and sunburn on sensitive parts which , I doubt they have sun screen on them. Let's not even go where child molestors are! Who are those parents . Call CPS, ther number is in the phone book and you can do it anonomously . Please care for those children even if the parents don't.

As long as it is fenced try not to pay attention. As time goes on however you might piece together the whole story and when and if you do I pray you have the guts to call Health and Human Resources. This is not child abuse. But, if they are out there and the parents are in the house making meth---call the cops. It's terrible for you I know. I am a social worker and by law I am to report anything I consider as abuse. In my neighborhood forget it, I moved out back so I didn't have to see what goes on out front. Good luck, enjoy your home.

It all depends on what the parents think is the best way, there are some parents who think kids should not be allowed to do what they want but others as in this case who think the complete opposite

Nekkid is normal for kids. It's the perves riding the streets that would bother me. I think it's fine for them to play nekkid in the back, but maybe not in front.
And, they damn sure shouldn't be unsupervised.

It would probably be better if the parents were watching the children, but that would apply too if the children were clothed.
But letting toddlers play in their birthday suits is fine in my opinion...
