Okay I'm not a girl but I'm way into fashion etc and I have a bunch of looser friends wearing short dresses to prom tonight and I'm telling you what they look like fugly s-l-u-t-s.
Short dresses are made for nights out on the town and quick cocktails. None of this fancy evening... in a short dress.. imagine how retarded you'll look. Unless your prom is like on the beach... do not wear a short dress.

Unless its SUPER sexy. Like, if u remember Hillary Swank's blue dress to the Academy Awards, if you had something like that.
But short would only be classy enough for a formal if it covered everything but your legs. does that make sense?
A regular cocktail dress wont cut it.
