By what stretch of the imagination is any US president a dictator? That's an insult to the country. If you think an unpopular war based on dubious evidence that drags on for years with unacceptable casulties qualifies, then you have LBJ with 3X the troops and 13x the casulties

I would first like to state that I disagree with Bush on almost every issue and beleive their may be just causes for impeachment.
What I do not need is you just making a fool of yourself. The president is not a dictator and find that very offensive to the Office and this country. Why not you look up what the word dictator means and see how your question or more like statement is politically incorrect.

If you mean by worst, most incompitent, then it's close but there was an imbecile in Paraguay in the 1800s who declared war on all of his neighbors including Brazil and Argentina.
So far, with the mightiest techno Military in the world we are at a standstill in Iraq.

Bush is not a dictator, he was elected and has never acted on something without having authority to do so. Hitler and Stalin, on the other hand, were real dictators, as were Hussein and Castro.
