you have to post it on to another 7 children and with no stamp on the envelope as its run in conjunction with the post office . Anyone heard of this or is it a scam

well did yours come with a stamp... it sounds like chain mail because who is counting how many people are posting the letters, don't send if you've to put any personal details on this is how fraud comes about and maybe worse!!!!
scam bin it!!!!!!!!!!!!

This is not sanctioned in anyway by the USPS. I received one the other day and returned it for postage or a one way trip to the dead letter office.
