You put a little in their food dish like you would do with their normal food just make sure you take it out after 24 hours so they don't try and eat bad food, you should be doing that will all their food anyway.

Freezing is definitely the way to go. I use small feeder shells so that I can take it out without disturbing other foods. It is safe in the tank until it begins to mold. Don't worry about crabs eating spoiled food, they actually are built to do this. Imagine a dead fish washes up on the beach, it's stinky and decaying and that's what the crabs eat!

You might take the extra step and get organic baby food but in general baby food is pretty safe.

It's a great food for crabs that have dropped limbs or crabs that are very small. My crabs like the pears and chicken and the apples and ham foods.

Really? Wow I never knew that! Anyway I would put the baby food in the tank the same way you put the hermit crab food.

Just put a small amount in your normal food bowl. Then freeze the rest of the jar in small dollops so it will last longer and you can just pull a small bit out of the freezer at a time.

I don't know what to feed them, but I've actually eaten them. They're quite tasty if you boil them in crab boil.
