I don't watch a lot of horror movies because I'm a HUGE scaredy-cat and when I see a lot of blood I freak out, so instead I read horror books. In a way tho, watching horror movies is dumb because you are paying to be scared, and that's kind of stupid, but yea, I would watch more horror movies if I was less freaked out by everything.

Wow a horror movie is doing its job for once! If it affects you in a way that pumps your adrenaline I would say you would have to stop watching. Or just enjoy the 2 hours of terror, it will be over soon.

Sometimes i plug my ears because when something jumps out at someone in the movie it is loud and it scares the audience more so if your ears are pluged it is not that bad.

Get as comfortable as possible, eat popcorn or like a really sour candy (the taste can distract you), or don't watch it.
