Does anyone know a way to fix a punctured basketball?

the best way to fix it is to pour a little gasoline on it, just enough to wet all around, and then throw a match on it.

In my honest opinion, I do not believe it is possible to fix a b-ball that has been punctured. If you are talking about a traditional leather ball, then there are multiple layers to fix if it has been punctured. there is the layer of leather, then the threading that holds the leather it together, and the layer of thick rubber that contains the air. I can't see any way that a punctured b-ball (and I mean popped and flat) can be back to normal without any problems.

Since you can't repair it from the inside so it would still bounce "true", your best bet is to "bite the bullet" and throw it away and buy a new one.
