You would probably be considered too short to be a catwalk model - they tend to want 5ft 8 and above - but you would be a good height for photographic/catalogue modelling. I would approach a reputable agency with pictures and see what happens - don't go for any that haven't been industry approved.

There's a very small market for models born in the USA. Models from Eastern Europe tend to work harder and conform easier to the demands for starvation.
