Use shoe shine of the respective color. If they are athletic shoes put them in the washing machine.

Take a dry or wet Cloth depend how dirty they are then rub them on ur shoes u will have a much clean shoes.

I found that for white sneakers, some soft scrub (the bathroom cleaner with bleach in it) and a baby wipe works great ... leaves them looking newly clean...
