You should talk to your eye docter again. It may only take a phone call, but he/she may want to see if your contacts are the right size for your eyes. Good luck.

Both your mom and your Doctor are right. If you rub your contact lens you get the protein and stuff of off it, but if you dont rub your contact lens it last wayyyyyyyyy longer, and if you dont rub it its less likely you'll cut it in half with your fingernail or drop it on the floor and then step on it, or Drop it in the Toilet. I try to touch my contact lenses as less as Possible. But I'd recommend you try using Clear Care you dont have to rub it at all and it way better than the regular flat contact lens case.
Hope that Helps

I also wear contact lenses. Don't rub them too hard when they are in your eyes. The could rip. Instead just put a few drops of saline in them to help moisten them. Or take them out to re-wet them. Are they bothering you is that why you rub them? Maybe you need a different type of contact lense.

Make sure that you are not rubbing vigorously. If you feel they are shifting it may be a problem with an air bubble as well. Take them out and clean them with a solution and reinsert them. Get a visine or eye drop that is contact lens safe.
