At night when I turn off all the lights and head upstaris, I'm always scared that the GRUDGE lady is going to come down and strangle my chicken.

IM SCARED OF THE DARK TOO when im alone.
umm. listen to music when youre in the dark alone. or talk to someone on the phone. or text message but talking is better. sing hymns or just whatever song is stuck in your head. pray to God (this helps). Lord's Prayer. or the Muslim prayers sorry i forgot the names. or if youre an atheist start thinking about life and where you wanna be in 10years. sing more. do whatever you gotta do in the dark QUICK.

Get a night light and cuddle up to a stuffed animal - a shark would be nice

confront your fear. Darken the light in your house. Sleep in the dark--let some nightlight come in. Over time, you will get used to the dark
