Find the next two terms in each sequence.

1.) 1, 1/4, 1/9, 1/16.......

2.) 12, 4, 1 1/3, 4/9.....

3.) 40, 20, 10, 5,.....

1) 1/25, 1/36 (the denominator is the term number squared- 5, 6)
2) 4/27, 4/81 (4/ previous denominator x3)
3) 2.5, 1.25 (1/2 the number before)

Good work but one correction. In #2 it's 4/previous denominator x 1/3 otherwise the numerators would be different.
