She is eating really well...about 4-5 oz of formula or breastmilk every 3 hours.

I've heard babies who are breastfed have less poopy diapers then babies who are formula fed.
My 5 week old son can go a three days without on drop and then it all comes out in one rather large collection. I have talked to his doctor about this and found out that it's the consistency of the stools that matters not the amount. His normal stool has the Consistency like pudding (lol I know that's a bad comparison) and is yellowish green. He is formula fed and does take 4 oz each feeding.
If her last stool was watery (like clear liquid without any solid form), hard like pebbles and she had to strain to release it, or if her appetite or attitude changes, then she should see a doctor just to be safe.
But if she had a normal diaper, seems happy, and has a healthy appetite then she's just taking her time is all. ^_^
