What's the trilling for F#
is it F# to G?

The normal trill would be from F# to G unless there is a G# in your key signature. Then the trill would be from F# to G#. For instance, in the key of A major (three sharps-F#,C#,G#) the trill would be F# to G#. Trills are played according to the key signature unless marked otherwise.

If your key signature has an F# but not G#, then you should trill F# to G, so trill right ring finger (or middle right finger if you finger F# that way, whatever is easiest for you). If your key signature has a G#, then you should trill F# to G#, so finger F# and use your G# (Ab) key to trill the note.
