don't know if it was one of my neighbors but, I remember last night three women came out of the house next door and came up to my car to check it out as I put my car into gear and went out last night. Didn't find the lid open until I stopped by at the library. Is it even possible to flip it open with a screw driver or somethign? I don't know how the hell it got open. Oh yeah, and I always make the cap click about 7 times and the cap was left in a position where it didn't click, but was fit snug. so I assume someone tampered with it.

First. Do you have a "Locking" gas cap? There's not much of a way to remove one of these unless you cut it off.
If the one that you found tampered with? Try either a better one or I suggest going back to the auto-dealer to purchase a suggested locking gas cap for that model. Hope this helps.

Is the gas chupacabra, hes out there...lol nah but seriously gas caps arent undestroyable, theyre easy to mess with. I heard about this dude that used to get them open so he can put sugar on womens car, so the car would break down in the middle of nowhere and he can take advantage of em.

Looks like someone "borrowed" some gas from you.
I've heard of some people doing it... Not a healthy habit to be sure.

Yes it is posible to open it with a screw driver so my guess would be that somone stole your gas
