Yes I agree that all jokes are aimed at Sardars. That is not correct because Sikhs are so different .They care for their family and also ready to help everybody. They are happy to go human beings and Actually clever and broadminded and that may be the reason of all major jokes.......Now come to the point. In Gujarat there is not deficiency of water and when some body falls in a well, he or she has to be
wet ...noway...yes majority,, Gujarati are not swimmer and so the y fist of all come out from shock ,be wet, afraid and then yelling for help.

Well to talk well of Sikhs one doesnt need to put down another community for instance Gujaratis (in this joke)

-When it comes to bravery and sacrifice can any Indian even compare to Sikhs? I salute their bravery

If you look closely every community in India has some form of drawback that be used to tease them...

-Who had a tea shop on top of Mt. Everest when Edmund climbed it?
-Whose hindi is always teased about in b/wood movies?
-Who will sell own brother for money.. so on and so forth

The best is identify the good in each and every community and present a beautiful bouquet to Mother India that has the beautiful fragrance of all the best quality in all communties...

Bahuth badia, Bahuth badia. When one of our senior international official ha questioned whether the culture of India can invite attention of international community, we people are nose diving into intercultural well.

It is high time that we stop using communities as subject matter of any joke.
