I dont know what u mean by "change pictures" but the cell I got, Motorola i930, takes pics, videos (with sound), and u can upload them by a cradle that is given with the purchase of the cell. But there are soooo many cell phones that you can take pics, videos, and upload them. I know sprint has a cell phone that u can take pics and frame the pics with preloaded frames already set in the cell phone itself. U can go to www.sprintpcs.com and check out their phones along with what phone has what features that u want. (that website also takes u 2 nextel.com as well since they merged).
