I don't kow how often this happens, but I can tell you about one time I actually observed it:
A guy came into the bar where I bartend about three months ago with a large Pit Bull on a leash. After several drinks, he told the all-male crowd that he had trained the dog to gve him a *******, and offered to demonstrate if the guys there would pay for this bar tab for the rest of the night. To the cheers of the crowd, he pulled out his tool and placed it in the fearsome, toothy mouth. The Pit Bull closed his jaws, the guy moved back and forth for a while, shuddered, then hit the animal hard on top of the head as a signal to let go.
Tucking himself back in, he then dared anyone else in the bar to try it.
There was dead silence for a bit, then from the back of the room came, " I will, if you promise not to hit me so hard!"
