When me stomache starts to rumble I will try to eat something but my stomache keeps rumbling even hours after I have eaten. My sister told me that sometimes the body is not hurgy but thirsty. So I tried to drink water to settle my stomache but it still did not work. What should I do?

it is called the migration motor complex or the house keeping contractions,i.e. your stomach and the rest of your alimentary tract like the intestines 'churn' by peristalsis(contraction of the successive areas of the gut in a propulsive movt) to clear the system in preparation of the next meal every 90 minutes.

I get the same problem sometimes.
It's Trapped Gas-Bubbles caused by when eating and then swallowing.
Gas-Bubbles are simply Tiny Trapped Air Pocket between the all the Food we swallow when eating.
Air-Bubbles can make our Stomachs 'Rumble' like you said it was doing.

Nothing one can really do about Preventing the Rumbling affect.
Some can't help swallowing Tiny Air Pockets when eating, you and I, fiend.
Just try your best to focus on Swallowing your Chewed-Food with
Air-Bubble-free the best you can.

That's normal sounds of digestion. Food is being pushed all around in your intestines and that's what you may be hearing rather than your stomach which is higher up under your ribs.

it could be churning the food. or it could be that what you eat isn't sufficient for your body's metabolism. which would mean that you need more food aka more calories.
