How can i look more like a prep... me look like a prep. pink ... I love the color I like toatly love to talk like that so sombody please help me act and look like a prep..... =)

You can't simply become a prep. You can be "preppy" but being and looking like a true prep is something you are born into. If you go to an all girl's christian boarding school in connecticut and your last name is vanderbilt that is a start, but if you are asking on yahoo answers there is no way you could ever be a prep no matter how hard you tried. Real preps would notice your fakeness as i have just done, and you would be setting yourself up for ridicule.

I actually don't think that you should turn into a prep if that is not who you are. If you are doing it for popularity that is just dumb. There is no need to change yourself for other people. But if you are a prep, but want to look like one ....i'd sugest that you do wear some pink..not too much....just always dress very nice..its not the color you wear, its the personality

if you want to turn prep (image wise) then there a millions of ways. Obviously you might want a wardrobe full of argon patterns and pastels. Go for the knee socks and cute sparkley barrette clips. For makeup, sparkles all the wayyyy.
--but i agree with the last girl if its for popularity its not wortht your time,money, and energy at all

i'm a prep, but i hate that word and so do my friends. you may think that prep means
-popular
-loud
-funny
-attractive
it's not all about that, you have to be able to lead, not controll and set a good example because of people (like you, who want to be popular) you may think preps are cheerleaders who only date jocks, i play lacrosse, basketball and volleyball and my last boyfriend was a skater. be your self and if you want to expiriment with preppy styles it doesn't matter where you shop i personally shop at... just wear colors andsparkles, i love sparkles

if you think being a "prep" so to speak is about controlling people you are so wrong. alot of people hate me because the think i'm like that but i'm just fun loving and kinda loud. be yourself and the popular girls will like you for who you are and if not then well you know that you're popular with you group. i know that i sound like i'm preaching to you but trust me, trying to "get with the preps" and not knowing who they are truly and thinking that you'll have controll of the school and the hottest boyfrind is so wrong. preps in my rtown are friends with almost everyone, people love them for that and that is why we are popular not because we are mean to Emo people adn nerds adn goths and bank geek (i love band geeks) just don't ever say: "I want to be a prep" because you sound totally fake and everyone will be like eww what the heck is she doing?
be a "prep" because you want to be friends with them, and you like that style not for the controll and popularity...

shop at only american eagle, hollister, aeropostale, abercrombie and fitch. curl or straighten your hair.always. tend to wear skirts more than jeans, get starbucks.ALOT. carry around a Vogue or TEEN vogue with you.often. try to form a posse or just have fun things to do with your friends.24/7. and try to act like a rich kid(if youre not already). and read cosmo girl, teen people, seventeen and ten vogue tells you whats hot and not.
